A rooftop in Ebisu, Tokyo shifts with the seasons—and keeps the drinks coming while it does.
On the top floor of Atre Ebisu West, directly connected to JR Ebisu Station, GARDEN WHITE hosts its open-air series GARDEN WHITE ～BEER GARDEN～ from April 24 to October 31, 2026. The setup leans into sky, breeze, and changing light. The idea is simple: California ease meets Italian-style dining, with menus—and atmosphere—that evolve over time.
From April to June, the theme is “Fresh Coast.” The menu turns light, built around vegetables, seafood, and citrus. Three set courses come with all-you-can-drink—common in Japan as a fixed-price plan with unlimited beverages—each anchored by a different main: chicken, pork, or steak. Every course includes a deli plate, vegetable fritters, and pasta; the higher tiers add dessert.
July and August switch to “Sunset Grill,” where smoke and spice take over. Grilled meat and seafood bring deeper flavors and a more assertive tone to summer nights. By September and October, “Harvest Table” slows things down, focusing on seasonal ingredients and a calmer, autumn pace.
Drinks cover the full spectrum: draft beer (including Sapporo Black Label), sparkling wine, red and white wine, cocktails, highballs—a Japanese staple of whisky and soda—plus spirits and soft drinks, all served free-flow. There’s also a bartender crafting original cocktails at the counter.
À la carte dishes change with the season. The menu moves on; the night just lingers a little longer.
