The brains behind it? Vegas Vegas Inc.（株式会社ベガスベガス）—the entertainment company that started in 1964 in Yamagata and has run game centers and pachinko halls across Fukushima. After a few decades and the post-tsunami wave of modernization, they saw a craving for comfort and familiarity—and answered the call with this retro-chic spa.
Inside, Hayama Shokudo (葉山食堂) fills more than your stomach—it’s meant to warm your heart with local flavors and hospitality. Ryugajo（龍ヶ城）, the café named after Iwaki’s historic castle, is a snug spot to sip coffee and feel a connection to the past.
Everything here is designed to bridge generations. Antique touches, recreated street corners, and Showa-era posters coexist with airy, modern spaces, proving that nostalgia doesn’t have to mean stuffy.
